We don't use tracking cookies
Rise Abroad does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or any cookies that track you across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking services.
What we store in your browser
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to save: • ra:auth:token — your session token if you log in • ra:auth:expiresAt — when your session expires • ra:assessment:token — your assessment result token • ra:assessment:draft — your in-progress assessment answers This data never leaves your browser except as part of the API calls needed to run the service.
Strictly necessary functionality
The localStorage items listed above are strictly necessary for the service to function. Without them, you would not be able to save your assessment progress or stay logged in. No consent banner is shown because we do not set any optional or tracking cookies.
Clearing your data
You can clear all Rise Abroad data from your browser at any time by clearing your site data in your browser settings, or by logging out (which clears auth tokens automatically). Assessment drafts are also cleared automatically when you submit.
